Refund Window
Refunds can be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Customer-Related Errors
If an order is returned due to an error on the customer's side (such as an incorrect phone number or address), the product amount will be refunded once the item is received back. Shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.
Damaged or Leaking Products
If your order arrives with a broken bottle or leakage, you're eligible for a full refund, provided the request is made within 14 business days of delivery.
